Commissioning to Make a Bigger Difference will be a one-day workshop where Dr Lynne Maher, Head of Innovation Practice at the NHS Institute, and Paul Plsek, an internationally renowned expert in innovation and improvement, will introduce the key concepts outlined in their most recent publication ‘Commissioning to Make a Bigger Difference'.
Open to teams of four people, attendees will be asked to each bring ideas for service innovation that they would like to develop. During the workshop attendees will then be given practical advice on methods and tools to enable them to develop these ideas and make a bigger difference.
The workshop will take place at four dates in three different locations:
