Pelican Healthcare Ltd announces acquisition of Clinical Innovations Europe Ltd

Pelican Healthcare Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Oxford–based Clinical Innovations Europe Limited by our parent company, Eakin Holdings Limited.
Clinical Innovation Europe will be operated by Pelican Healthcare Limited from its base in Cardiff. Pelican has considerable expertise in the manufacture, sales and marketing of feminine healthcare products in the UK, in particular the market leading PELIspec vaginal speculum. The Clinical Innovations range of gynaecological and obstetric products will compliment the current product offerings perfectly. The range includes the Kiwi Vacuum Delivery System range, providing compact, single-use, hand-held vacuum extraction for assisted births. Pelican will become sole European importer for the Clinical Innovations range.
