Patient Survey Data for Appraisal and Revalidation

Gathering feedback from patients is an important part of the GP appraisal and revalidation programme. Your GPs will be required to run a minimum of 2 surveys over their 5 year revalidation period (1 in the first 2 years and the second in the last 2 years). You can of course run an ongoing feedback process (annual) as an important element of your patients’ experience and your service improvement plans.
