If you want to increase the confidence and efficiency of your non-clinical staff then look no further than MST’s comprehensive range of courses. MST specialises in providing training in medical terminology and related topics for non medical staff working in a healthcare or healthcare related environment. Our aim is to help participants understand and apply the issues covered and so having a direct impact on their day to day effectiveness. We work around the country with PCTs, NHS Trusts and GP Practices running both in-house and open courses. Typical course participants include medical secretaries, receptionists, administrators, HCAs and practice managers.
